Administration > Business analytics
This is where you can set up how Business analytics will use your memoQ TMS's project data to create CSV reports. You can also choose if you want to count with documents removed from projects.
These settings are only affecting the reports created later, If you change a setting, the reports created earlier will not change. Normally, a company sets up Business analytics once, and creates all reports with the same settings. Otherwise, managers will not get an accurate picture of the company's progress.
How to get here
- Sign in to memoQweb as an administrator.
- On the left sidebar, click the Admin icon.
- On the Admin screen, click the Business analytics button. The Business analytics screen opens.
What can you do?
Choose which date in your project workflow should decide if a document gets into the reports. For example, the last deadline in a project was September 30, but the reviewer only delivered on October 2. If you choose Last deadline here, the documents will be in Q3 (the third quarter of the year), but if you choose Last delivery (document complete), they will be in Q4.
Choose the type of report (post-translation analysis or statistics) you want to use in your report. If you often re-import documents in your projects, or often work with two or more translators on the same project, use post-translation analysis. Your results will be much more accurate.
You can remove documents from the project but keep their data and/or analyses for using in your business analytics reports.
