Resources > ICR configurations

In memoQ 11.0 and newer, in-country review (ICR) configurations are online resources that you can manage in memoQweb.

Are you a desktop only user? For an uninterrupted PM workflow, you can choose from existing ICR configurations in memoQ, but you need memoQweb to create and manage them.

How to get here

  1. Sign in to memoQweb as an administrator or a project manager.

  2. On the left sidebar, click the Resources Resources icon. icon.

  3. On the Resources page, click the ICR configurations  icon. The ICR configurations page opens.

What can you do?

Create a new configuration

To create a new ICR configuration, click the Create new button in the top right corner of the page. The Resources > ICR configurations > Create new page opens.

Edit an already existing configuration

To edit an ICR configuration, click the Edit   icon at the end of its row.

memoQweb displays all the options you have in the selected configuration. Change them as needed.

The page is the same as the Create new page.

Clone a configuration

To clone an ICR configuration:

  1. Click the More options  icon at the end of the configuration's row.

  2. From the menu, choose Clone.

  3. The Resources > ICR configurations > Clone page opens with all the options you have in the selected configuration. Change them as needed.

    The page is the same as the Create new page.

    Normally, your new configuration will have the same name as the cloned one, with “- Copy” at its end, for example: "My review configuration - Copy". But you can change this before you click the Clone button.

Delete a configuration

To delete an ICR configuration:

  1. Click the More options  icon at the end of the configuration's row.

  2. From the menu, choose Delete.

  3. memoQweb displays a confirmation window.

    To delete the selected configuration, click Yes, delete.

    To go back to the ICR configurations page without deleting this one, click No, keep it.

To delete multiple ICR configurations:

  1. Check their check boxes and click Delete above the list.

    ICR configuration page. In the top-right corner there's the Create new button. On the left, there's the search bar, under the search bar there's the list of configurations. Three condigurations are selected. Next to the number of configuration there's the Delete link.

  2. memoQweb displays a confirmation window.

    To delete the selected configurations, click Yes, delete.

    To go back to the ICR configurations page without deleting them, click No, keep them.

Use the sidebar on the left to go to the page you need.
