Use this dialog to select groups to synchronize with the memoQ user database for single sign-on. The dialog offers groups of users from the computer that runs memoQ server, or from the Active Directory domain that the memoQ server computer is member of. You can also choose from groups defined in other domains that are in the same tree or forest as the memoQ server computer.

How to begin

On the Project ribbon tab, choose Server Administrator. In the Connection pane, connect to the server you want to manage. Then, in the Category list, click Windows single sign-on. Under the Single sign-on sync groups list, click Add.

Use

Choose a server or a domain from the Domain drop-down list. In this list, you can see all computers and domains that are available for single sign-on with the current settings.

Note: After you choose a server or a domain, you might need to wait a few seconds while memoQ queries the list of available groups.

Note: If you wish to use qTerm, you need to add and synchronize groups. Click Allow forms based authentication for Windows users to make qTerm via Active Directory available.

Select one or more groups in the Groups list, and then click OK.

Tip: To select multiple groups, press and hold down Ctrl, and click the group names you wish to select.

Note: If you wish to use qTerm, you need to add and synchronize groups. Click Allow forms based authentication for Windows users to make qTerm via Active Directory available.

Navigation

Click OK to add the selected groups to the Single sign-on sync groups list in the Single sign-on pane of the Server administrator.

Click Cancel to close the dialog without adding the selected groups.
