If there are a large number of hits listed in the Translation results pane, it may be useful to filter them by double-clicking the or the icon above the Translation results pane of the translation grid. In the  dialog that appears, you can define how many translation memory hits you want to be displayed for each segment, whether you want longer term base hits to hide shorter ones, and what way you want term base hits to be displayed  - in the order of their appearance or alphabetically.
