The Workflow section displays information about the document workflow for the content-connected project:
•Documents that complete their workflow should be automatically returned to the source check box: Check this check box if memoQ server should automatically feed the translation back to the content source when all assigned tasks are finished for a document. Note that the document is returned automatically when, for example, Reviewer 2 confirms all segments, without allowing the project manager to look at the document before final delivery. The check box is checked by default. •Reimport changed files: Check this check box to only reimport changed files from the content source. •The server should reimport a changed document if its workflow in the project is not yet completed check box: Check this check box if you want memoQ server to reimport documents that change in the content source. By default, this check box is unchecked: changes in already imported documents are not taken up by the online project. However, documents that have their entire workflow completed (for example, Reviewer 2 delivered them) will always be reimported. Note: When memoQ server refuses to reimport a changed document because of this setting, it sends an e-mail to the project manager. In addition, memoQ server does not import any changes from the content source if at least one document is rejected.
•Keep re-imported documents assigned to the same users as before: Check this check box to keep the documents assigned to the same user as before the reimport. This saves you to assign the documents again to users when they were re-imported due to changes in the content source. •Remove deleted files from project: Check this check box to remove deleted files from the project. •If a document is fully pre-translated with perfect matches, skip translation phase section: Check the Also skip review phase, make finished and send back to source check box to skip translation and review for a document. For instance, a document is re-imported and pre-translated, all segments are 100% and 101% unambiguous matches. Then the document is automatically send back to the content source. You can choose: oOnly for in-context, unambiguous perfect matches: If you choose this option, then the document with all perfect matches being in-context and unambiguous are sent back to the content source. oAlso for out-of-context, unambiguous perfect matches: If you choose this option, then the document with all perfect matches being out-of-context and unambiguous are sent back to the content source. •Auto-assign new documents... section: Choose one of the 3 options: oDo not automatically assign new documents: If you check this check box, memoQ server will not assign new documents automatically to users in the project. oAssign to suitable translator or reviewer if possible: If you check this check box, memoQ server will assign suitable translators and reviewers. You can specify the role of a user in Overview > Users. Choose the corresponding role from the Auto-assign role drop-down list. The automatic assignment happens only if there is one user in the project for each target language. oPut document up for FirstAccept: If you check this check box, the document is up for FirstAccept, and the invited users can open the document in a checked out copy of the project in read-only mode. Then the translator or reviewer can decide whether to accept or to decline the document. Select a deadline in the FirstAccept deadline drop-down list. It is set to 2 hours by default. Set the deadlines for the translator, reviewer 1 and reviewer 2. •Client's e-mail address for word count notifications text box: This text box contains the e-mail address of the representative of the client. If the text box is filled in, memoQ server sends an e-mail whenever new or changed documents are imported, and the word count for the project changes. Note: This e-mail address can be specified when the project is created in the Content source page of the Create new online project wizard.
