When you import a TMX file, memoQ creates a report on import and a log file. The report contains the following information:

 

Entries parsed: 5

Entries imported: 5

New entries in TM: 0

Updated entries in TM: 1

Unchanged entries in TM: 4

Skipped (different language code): 0

Skipped (empty segment): 0

Skipped (undefined custom field or value): 0

Skipped (bad value in custom field): 0

Failed (TM error): 0

Note: Updated entries shows the number of imported entries which overwrote existing entries.

Note: Unchanged entries shows the number of entries which were in the TMX files, but didn't overwrite the existing entries (e.g. their modification time was older than those in the TM).
