You can check the Close on finish check box  when you import documents or other resources. When you enable this option, memoQ closes the import dialog automatically after the import finished. However, when there is an import error or a warning (e.g. no preview created during document import), this dialog does not close automatically. Now the user can read the warning and decide how to proceed.
