Set up Tilde MT to work with memoQ. Use this plugin only if you have your own engine in the Tilde MT system.

Create and train your system or systems before you use the plugin from memoQ: Manage your systems on the Tilde MT website. You need to register with the site first.

How to get here

1.Open the Options window: At the very top of the memoQ window - in the Quick Access toolbar quick-access-default -, click the Options (cogwheels) quick-access-options icon. The Options window opens.

2.On the Default resources pane, click the MT icon mt-icon. The MT settings pane appears.

3.Select the MT profile you are using and under the list, click Edit.

4.On the Services tab, find the Tilde MT plugin and click its row. The Login – Tilde MT plugin  window opens.

Mind the confidence: Tilde MT assigns a confidence (self-assessed quality) level to each translation it returns. Normally, it will return all translations. You can tell memoQ to return only those translations where the confidence level is 0.6 or higher. To set this up, check the Do not show translation if QE score is below check box. Enter the minimum confidence level in the box next to it.

Assign a fuzzy score to machine translations: Click Advanced. In the Advanced options window, enter a score between 0% and 100%.

When you finish
