How to get here
The Export document(s) page appears, when you try to export a document as a bilingual memoQ XLIFF file or as a Table RTF.

What can you do?
Export a single document
To export a document, you must first select a file type. Based on the selection, the export process may vary.
There are three options available under the first section.
Select this file type if you wish to work with it under memoQ.
You can further customize the way you can export the file in the Settings section:
Check this option if you wish to save the data that memoQ needs for exporting and previewing the translated document
Include major version history
Check this option if you wish to save previous versions of the document, not just the current one.
Save a compressed file (.mqxlz)
This option is grayed out and set by default, if you picked any of the previous two options. If you do not wish to export the document as a compressed file you must deselect both of the options, and then you can remove the check mark.
Once you finished configuring the settings, click Export document.
With the Save as window, select the location where you wish to export the document with the and press Save.
Select this file type if you wish to work on this document in other CAT tools.
Click Export document to start the process.
With the Save as window, select the location where you wish to export the document with the and press Save.
For a simple review, use this file type.
Customize the layout of the exported file with the following options:
You can choose to export comments, export segment status and have two target columns in table.
Click Export document to start the process. You can check the progress of the process in the Job Tracker.
