Detect a Business analytics problem

When something goes wrong with Business analytics' background services, a red label appears next to the page's header. For example, on the Dashboard page, it looks like this:

  • Members of the Administrators group can click the label to go to the Health check page and learn more about the problem.

  • Other users can report the problem to an administrator.
