memoQtermFinder - installation and setup

To install memoQ termFinder contact memoQ Business Services team.

We will:

1. Copy files to the host computer.

2. Set up the Windows service.

3. Configure the reverse proxy in IIS.

4. Adjust the configuration files.

5. Help you set up the SSO (if needed).

Basic technical information

• It is built with .NET 6.0 for compatibility across operating systems.

• Runs as a Windows Service so that it can be deployed alongside memoQ TMS.

• Uses Lucene.net for fast indexing and search.

• Exports latest term base data from memoQ TMS to CSV files daily via WS API.

• Configuration files:

  1. config.json – defines system settings (e.g., security, API connections, branding).

  2. cfg-tb.json – maps metadata from CSV exports to the user interface.
