Change licenses and add-ons in a trial subscription

  1. At the bottom of the memoQ cloud page, click the Modify subscription link.
  2. On the Licenses & add-ons page, make your changes as needed.
  3. At the bottom of the screen, click the Save button.

Cancel your trial subscription

  1. At the bottom of the memoQ cloud page, click the red Cancel subscription link.
  2. In the Cancel memoQ cloud subscription page, read and confirm the listed information: check the check boxes on the left.
  3. Under the list, click the Cancel subscription button. OR, if you clicked the Cancel subscription link by accident: Click the Keep subscription link.

If you cancel your trial subscription: Your memoQ cloud server will be suspended immediately. If you change your mind, you can start a paid subscription - but that will be a different memoQ cloud.

Turn your trial subscription into a paid one

During the 30 days of your trial period, you can switch to a paid memoQ cloud subscription anytime (see the steps below). If you do not switch: When the trial period is over, your server is stopped and suspended. We keep expired trial servers for 30 more days before deleting them. To get your server back:

  1. At the bottom of the memoQ cloud page, click the orange button that says Switch to paid subscription.
  2. On the Add billing info page, enter your contact details and billing info, then click the Proceed to secure payment button.

    Button grayed out? To make it orange, fill in all the fields marked with a red border.

  3. You will be redirected to the payment provider's website. Enter your card details, and click the Submit payment button.

You keep any free days left from your trial period: If you started your memoQ cloud trial on the 10th of May, and switch to a paid subscription on the 22th (after 12 free days), you still get the remaining 18 free days. So, we will first charge you a full monthly fee on the 9th of June.

Change licenses and add-ons in a paid subscription

  1. At the bottom of the memoQ cloud page, click the Modify subscription link.
  2. On the Modify memoQ cloud subscription page, make your changes as needed.
  3. At the bottom of the screen, click the Continue or Save button.

If you add licenses or add-ons: You need to pay their price for the rest of your billing period. For example, if you have 10 days from your billing period, we will charge one-third of the price for the added licenses or add-ons. After you complete the purchase, you can start using them.

If you remove licenses or add-ons: You lose access to them when you click the Save button. memoQ Ltd. cannot refund any subscription fees, and because of this, you should remove any licenses or add-ons at the end of the billing period.

Renew your memoQ cloud subscription

At the end of your billing period, we charge you for the next period's price. If the payment fails, a red banner appears at the top of the memoQ cloud page. Your server will keep working for 6 days, then it will be suspended. We keep suspended servers for 90 days before deleting them.

In that period, you can settle your balance: Make sure your card is working and you have enough money on it, then click the complete the payment link in the banner. After settling the payment, your memoQ cloud returns to normal.

Cancel your memoQ cloud subscription

  1. At the bottom of the memoQ cloud page, click the red Cancel subscription link.
  2. In the Cancel memoQ cloud subscription page, read and confirm the listed information: check the check boxes on the left.
  3. Under the list, click the Cancel subscription button. OR, if you clicked the Cancel subscription link by accident: Click the Keep subscription link.

If you cancel your subscription: Your memoQ cloud server will be available for the rest of you billing period. Then you have 90 more days to change your mind - but you need to ask memoQ support to restore your server. When the 90 days are over, your server will be deleted permanently.
