Resources > Term bases
A term base is a database that contains pairs of words or expressions (together: terms) in several languages. In translation, term bases are used like a glossary where you can look for terms that are relevant to your translation work.
This page shows the term bases on the memoQ TMS - those that you have permission to access.
How to get here
- Sign in to memoQweb.
- On the left sidebar, click the Resources icon.
-
On the Resources page, click the Term bases button. The Term bases page opens.
What can you do?
-
Create a new term base: At the top right, click the Create new button. The Create TB page opens.

-
Export a term base into a CSV, XLSX, or Multiterm XML file: In the TB's row, click the More options icon. In the menu, click Export terminology. The Export page opens.
