Discussions > Manage boards

On this page you can see all the boards displayed. Here you can manage and create boards.

Only members of the Administrators group can get to this page.

Navigation

1. Melden Sie sich bei memoQweb als Administrator oder Projektmanager an.
2. On the left sidebar, click the Diskussionen  icon. Die Seite Diskussionen wird geöffnet.
3. At the top, under Diskussionen, click the Foren verwalten tab.

Möglichkeiten

Ein Thema starten

To start a topic: Klicken Sie in der oberen rechten Ecke auf die Schaltfläche Ein Thema starten. Die Seite Thema starten wird geöffnet.

Create a board

To create a board: Klicken Sie in der oberen rechten Ecke auf den Link Forum erstellen. Enter a name in the Forumsname text box, and click the Forum erstellen button. To return to the board list, click the Abbrechen link.

Search for boards

So durchsuchen Sie die Liste: Geben Sie etwas in die Suchleiste oberhalb der Liste ein. Drücken Sie Eingabetaste. If the text you typed can be found in some board's name, the list will only show those. To see the whole list again, click the X icon at the end of the search bar.

Learn details from the board list

The board list gives you these details about each board: 

• Name: The name of the board.
• Diskussionen: The number of discussions on the board.
• Letze Aktivität: The date when someone last did something to the board.

To select a board: In its row, check the check box on the left.

Sort the board list

So können Sie die Liste sortieren: Click a column header. Klicken Sie erneut auf diesen Spaltenkopf, um die Sortierreihenfolge umzukehren.

Manage topics on the board

To manage topics: On the board list, click the board's name. The Themen verwalten tab opens, showing only topics on that board. To see all topics: In the Aktive Filter, click the X on the Zugehöriges Forum tag, or click the Alles bereinigen link.

Change a board's name

To change the board's name: Klicken Sie in der jeweiligen Zeile auf das Symbol Namen bearbeiten . Enter a new name in the Forumsname text box, and click the Forum aktualisieren button. To return to the list, click Abbrechen.

Delete a board

To delete a board: Klicken Sie in der jeweiligen Zeile auf das Symbol Löschen . A warning window opens. Check the check boxes, and click the Board löschen button. To keep the board: Klicken Sie auf Abbrechen.

To remove two or more boards: Check their check boxes, and above the list, click the Delete link. A warning window opens. Check the check boxes, and click the Board löschen button. To keep the boards: Klicken Sie auf Abbrechen.
