General error messages
In some cases, you may get a general error, for instance when a requested task could not be completed or an operation failed. A memoQ warning dialog appears:
In the first text field, you see a general error. There might be more information shown. In the Details field, you see the detailed error message. When you turn to Kilgray Support for help, you need to send the whole error message from the Details field. Click the Copy details to clipboard link to copy the error message to your clipboard. You can then open a text editor and insert the error message. Save the text file and send it to Kilgray Support.
