Archived projects

How to get here

  1. Sign in to memoQWebNext as an administrator or a project manager.
  2. On the Active projects page, click the downward arrow.
  3. Select Archived projects from the dropdown.

What can you do?

View, filter, and sort the list of archived projects. Select projects

In the list, each row represents one project. The list gives you the following details about each project:

  • Name: The name of the project.
  • Size: The size of the archive file in kilobytes.
  • Last Modified: The date when someone changed something in the project the last time.

You can sort the list by the following columns:

  • Name
  • Size
  • Last Modified
To sort the list, click the column heading. To reverse the sorting order, click the same column heading again.

To filter the list by project name, type part of the name in the box on the left, then press Enter. To stop filtering, click the red X in the same box.

To select a single or multiple project(s): In the row(s) of the project(s), check the check box on the left.

Restore a project

To restore a project, click the Restore button in its line. This will immediately restores the project to the active project list. You can check the progress of the process in the Job Tracker.

You can restore multiple project by selecting them from the list and click the Restore link in the selection menu.
