When you are assigned to a memoQ user role in an online project, and the project is launched, you receive e-mail notifications.

If you work with memoQWebTrans to translate documents, click the direct link you receive in the notification e-mail to open the assigned document directly. If you are not signed in to memoQWebTrans, an authentication dialog is displayed to enter your login details.

Note: If you use an external project management tool and the Kilgray's WS API, you can include the URL for related documents to open them directly in memoQWebTrans.

A placeholder {document_url} can be found in the e-mail templates. This placeholder contains the full URL of a single document to open it in memoQWebTrans.

Note: If you migrate to memoQ 2014 R2, and you have customized the text in your e-mail templates, then the document placeholder is not visible, only in the default e-mail templates.
