Remove customer portal

You may need to remove customer portal if you plan to remove memoQ TMS.

Do not remove memoQ TMS or memoQweb before removing customer portal: You must remove memoQweb and memoQ TMS after you remove memoQweb.

How to get here

  1. Log in to the memoQ TMS server computer through Remote Desktop.

  2. Press the Windows key to open the Start screen or the Start menu.

  3. Type memoQ, and wait for the results to appear.

  4. In the list, click memoQ TMS deployment tool.

  5. Windows may ask you to confirm to run the program. Click Yes or Run.

  6. The Deployment window opens. You need the third section (customer portal):

  7. Click Remove customer portal. The Remove customer portal wizard starts.

What can you do?

The Remove customer portal wizard asks if you really want to remove customer portal. To confirm, type Yes and press Enter.

The Deployment tool will remove memoQweb.

When you finish

If you are removing your entire memoQ TMS system, next you can remove memoQweb.
