Remove memoQweb

You may need to remove memoQweb if you plan to remove memoQ TMS.

Do not remove memoQ TMS before removing memoQweb: You must remove memoQ TMS after you remove memoQweb.

Remove customer portal first: If you have customer portal installed, remove customer portal first. To learn how, read the Remove customer portal topic.

How to get here

  1. Log in to the memoQ TMS server computer through Remote Desktop.

  2. Press the Windows key to open the Start screen or the Start menu.

  3. Type memoQ, and wait for the results to appear.

  4. In the list, click memoQ TMS deployment tool.

  5. Windows may ask you to confirm to run the program. Click Yes or Run.

  6. The Deployment window opens. You need the second section (memoQweb):

  7. Click Remove memoQweb. The Remove memoQweb wizard starts.

What can you do?

The Remove memoQweb wizard asks if you really want to remove memoQweb. To confirm, type Yes and press Enter.

The Deployment tool will remove memoQweb.

When you finish

If you are removing your entire memoQ TMS system, next you can remove memoQ TMS itself.
