Ribbons - Translation memories
The Translation memories ribbon appears when you choose the Translation memories pane in
To learn more:

Create/Use New
Register Local: Picks up a translation memory from your computer, and adds it to the list of translation memories in memoQ. Displays an Open
Clone
Delete: Deletes the selected translation memory. You cannot delete a translation memory that is still in use in the project. First, remove it from the project: clear its check box.

Use in project
Remove From Project: Removes the selected translation memories from the current project. Same as clearing their check boxes.
Settings: Configures the translation memory settings to use with the selected translation memory. This way it can be different from the settings used in the project. Opens the Select TM Settings window.
Set as working (primary)

Edit: Opens the translation memory for editing. First, opens the

Repair Resource: Repairs the selected translation memory. Starts repairing the translation memory immediately. Use it when you think the translation memory is damaged (for example, you are not getting results from it).
Synchronize Offline: Works only when you select a translation memory from a memoQ TMS

This works in Project home only.
If you have access to a memoQ TMS
At the top of the memoQ TMS section, there is a drop-down box where you can choose the server. Normally, it shows My Computer
To connect to a memoQ TMS button. You may need to log in to the memoQ TMS.
After you select a memoQ TMS, the list of translation memories will include the translation memories from your computer as well as from the server.
